1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They make it possible to remember preferences, measure site performance and show relevant advertising.

2. Google Consent Mode v2

We implement Google Consent Mode v2, a mechanism that adjusts the behavior of Google tags (Google Ads and Google Analytics) based on your consent.

By default, all advertising and analytics categories remain denied (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage set to 'denied'). They are only enabled when you explicitly accept through our banner or preferences panel.

When you update your preferences, we send a consent signal to Google via gtag('consent','update', ...) and log the corresponding event. Until that happens, no advertising or analytics tracking takes place.

3. Cookie categories

Essential: required for the operation and security of the site; always active.

Analytics: help us understand site usage (analytics_storage).

Advertising: linked to Google Ads (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization).

4. Managing preferences

You can accept all, reject all or customize your preferences at any time from the cookie banner. Your choice is saved in your browser (localStorage) and reapplied on future visits.

If you clear your browser storage, the banner will appear again so you can choose once more.

5. Third-party cookies

Some Google services may set their own cookies once you grant consent. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of those third parties.
